Account & Eligibility

• You must provide accurate and current information when making a reservation, purchasing tickets, or using our services.
• Age requirements may apply to specific experiences.
• Guests under applicable age requirements must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service when these Terms are violated or when necessary for the safety of our guests and staff.

Reservations & Payments

Reservations

• Reservations are subject to availability.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session to allow enough time for check-in.
• Your session begins at the scheduled start time.
• Late arrival may result in reduced playing time.
• Group sizes are subject to the capacity of the selected gaming space.
• We may modify or cancel a reservation when necessary due to technical issues, maintenance, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Reservations & Payments

Payments

• You agree to provide accurate payment information.
• All applicable tickets, fees, and purchases must be paid using an accepted payment method.
• Prices and availability may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or other errors and, when necessary, cancel or adjust a transaction affected by such an error.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Reservations may be rescheduled when requested within the applicable rescheduling period.
• We recommend contacting Game Show Hub at least 24 hours before your scheduled session if you need to make a change.
• Requests made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may not be eligible for rescheduling.
• Tickets and reservations may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Gift Cards & Digital Vouchers

• Gift cards and digital vouchers may be used toward eligible Game Show Hub experiences and purchases.
• Gift cards and vouchers are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.
• Gift cards and vouchers should be treated like cash.
• Game Show Hub is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized gift cards or vouchers except where required by law.
• Additional terms or expiration dates may apply and will be provided at the time of purchase.

Games & Experiences

• Our game library and available experiences may change at any time.
• Specific games, features, equipment, or gaming spaces are not guaranteed to be available during every visit.
• Game tokens used during gameplay have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes.
• Our games are provided for entertainment purposes and do not involve real-money gambling, betting, or wagering.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse other guests or staff
• Damage or intentionally misuse our equipment or property
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Introduce malware or other harmful software
• Interfere with the operation or security of our website
• Use the Service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes Violations may result in termination of a session, refusal of service, or other action permitted by law.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and safely while using our facilities.
We reserve the right to end a gaming session or refuse service if a guest engages in threatening, abusive, disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
Guests may be responsible for damage caused by intentional misuse or inappropriate use of our facilities, equipment, or property.

Third-Party Services

Our website and services may use third-party providers for payment processing, reservations, analytics, hosting, communications, and other functions.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies before using third-party services.
Game Show Hub is not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party websites and services.
