Yes! Our venue is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and gaming spaces designed to accommodate guests with mobility needs.
Please contact us ahead of your visit so our team can prepare your gaming space in the most comfortable configuration and make sure you have everything you need for a great experience.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session so you have enough time to check in and get ready to play. This also helps us keep the experience running smoothly for the groups arriving after you. br Your session will begin at the scheduled start time, even if you arrive late. You’re welcome to join once you arrive, but the time lost cannot be added back to your original session. br If additional time is available after your session, you may be able to extend your experience, depending on lounge availability. br Tickets are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Changes requested less than 24 hours in advance may not be accommodated.

Our games are recommended for players ages 6 and up. Younger children are welcome to join their group in the lounge, but players who want to actively participate and use a registered game token will need their own ticket.
Every player using a registered token must have a ticket. Guests under 16 must also be accompanied by an adult throughout the experience.
Whether you’re bringing the family, meeting up with friends, or introducing younger players to interactive games, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Each gaming space has its own unique style, atmosphere, and personality, giving your group a different setting to enjoy. No matter which space you select, you’ll still have access to the complete collection of games.
Most spaces can accommodate up to 8 players, while some are designed for smaller groups of up to 6. Choose the space that best fits your group and the kind of atmosphere you’re looking for.

PLAYROOM SOCIAL is an interactive entertainment experience that brings the excitement of live game shows together with the comfort of a private gaming lounge.
During your session, you’ll have access to a diverse collection of original games across multiple genres, including party games, trivia, word challenges, strategy, cards, dice, arcade-style games, and more.
You can choose how you want to play: let our system create a variety of games for your group, or take control and choose the challenges you want to play yourself.

Absolutely! You can plan your visit ahead of time, or stop by and see what’s available when you arrive.
We recommend reserving in advance if you’re visiting during busy evenings or weekends. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability may vary depending on the schedule.
For a smooth check-in experience, please have a debit or credit card available for payment.
